Nullifire Fire Resistant

FS703 is a 1-component, elastic, fire-resistant, alkoxy-based silicone sealant with neutral cross-linking. FS703 offers 240 minutes fire resistance for interior and exterior construction joints.

Area of application
Component joints on walls and ceilings, joints between frames and reveals, joints in connecting areas of different materials (movement absorption capacity ±7.5 %).

Nullifire FS702 offers a fire-resistant and flexible joint seal. The product is suitable for various installation situations and has excellent sound insulation and airtightness values.

Area of application
Suitable for fire-resistant joint sealing with a movement absorption capacity of up to ±7.5 %.
Nullifire FS702 can be used to fill linear openings between different building materials and to seal smoke control doors.
