Butyl rubber base with a tear-resistant plastic aluminum
Composite film. TEGUTAPE® 6100 is characterized by high
Adhesive strength, a weather and UV-resistant surface as well
a soundproofing effect. The tape is solvent-free and
hardly combustible.
Application
Suitable as a sealing tape in air conditioning and ventilation technology
in aluminum and metal construction. It will also be referred to as universal
Sealing and repair tape used.
Note
On smooth surfaces such as aluminum, zinc sheet, polyester, glass, etc.
TEGUTAPE® 6100 can be used without a primer, a primer
However, using TEGUCOL® 273 Primer increases the initial adhesion.
For porous surfaces such as plaster, concrete, masonry, etc.
We recommend TEGUCOL® 273 Primer.
